Privacy Policy
Last updated: on publication.
This Privacy Policy describes how funpostcard.com (“we”, “us”, or “the site”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use funpostcard.com.
Information we collect
- Postcard content and addresses. To print and mail a postcard, we collect the message, image, and the sender and recipient names and mailing addresses you provide.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We receive confirmation of payment and limited details such as your email address; we do not store full card numbers.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our servers automatically record standard request information (such as IP address and user agent) for security and abuse-prevention purposes.
How we use information
We use the information you provide to design, print, and mail your postcard via our print and mail partner, to process payment, to send you transactional updates about your order, and to operate and secure the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only as needed to provide the service — for example, the recipient name and address with our print/mail partner, and payment details with our payment processor. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Data retention
We keep order information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes, and we remove it on request where we are able to.
Your choices
You can ask us to access or delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected].
