Use of the service

You agree to use funpostcard.com only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the content you submit (messages, images, and addresses) and confirm you have the right to use it. You agree not to send content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its underlying systems. We may refuse or cancel any order that violates these Terms.

Orders, printing, and mailing

Postcards are printed and mailed through a third-party print/mail partner. Delivery times are estimates and depend on postal services we do not control. You are responsible for providing accurate recipient addresses; we are not responsible for items that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address.

Payment and refunds

Prices are shown at checkout and payment is processed by our payment provider. Because postcards are custom-printed to order, an order generally cannot be changed or refunded once it has been sent to production.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, funpostcard.com and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
